The Act ended all racial discrimination that occurred when voting time would come around, Everyone has an equal say as to who should govern our nation. The Voting Rights Act of 1965 is seen to be one of the most important and influential legislation because of the magnitude of what it did. It lets everyone in the United States of America have an equal opportunity to vote.
